We are sure you will love your ALD wear, but if anything is wrong with it from production then email:

Returns can only be accepted if they are in original condition, which means that it is unworn, all labels must be attached, and in no condition with marks or smell after sweat, makeup etc. We understand that buying clothes online may be risky, so to solve this issue we also offer a store credit for full priced items if it is returned within 14 days after purchase.


We do not refund shipping cost if you send the clothes back to us. Please use a postal service with tracking when sending your order. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit. 


All discounted wear are final sale.

Your pole wear is shipped within 2-3 business days. Delay in transit is out of our hands. Once it is left the ALD headquarters it is in the care of the shipping company.
